About him : Dr. Shreyas Simu completed his B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Goa College of Engineering, Goa University in the year 2009. He has completed his M.Tech. in Digital Electronics and Advance Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal University in the year 2012. He has completed his PhD in Medical Image Processing and Machine Learnin in the year 2018 from NITK – Surathkal. He has 6 years of teaching experience at both UG and PG level. His work experience also includes 1 year of industry experience in R&D Dept. at ST Microelectronics. His publications include SCI indexed International journals like Elsevier, Talyor & Francis and Springer. He also has few IEEE International conference publications to his name.

He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Don Bosco College of Engineering since July 2019. He is also functioning as Assistant Training and Placement Officer. He has previous 6 years of teaching experience at both UG and PG level . Also 4 years of experience as Teaching Assistant (TA) and research work. His work experience also includes 1 year of industry experience in R&D Dept. at ST Microelectronics.
